Terms and Conditions

Orders: No order is accepted by Gourmet Games until the order has been checked and approved. If there is a problem, we will contact you within 3 working days.

Made-to-order: All our wine tasting games are suitable for up to 8 players, but can be made to order to suit larger parties.

Delivery: Shipping charges are calculated according to the total size of your order. Delivery is within 2-7 working days.

Back order: If any part of your order is not in stock, we will create a separate back order for you, and will notify you by email with the option to cancel your order.

Damaged goods: If the box contents is damaged in delivery, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please notify us by post, phone or email within 3 working days of delivery.

Faulty goods: If a wine is found to be corked or faulty, we will happily offer a replacement or credit. You must notify us within 3 working days of delivery.

Privacy policy: Gourmet Games does not disclose information about our customers to third parties.

Credit card security: The credit card is processed in real time by PayPal, our payment provider.

Chocolate products: May contain nut traces.

Alcohol products: Games containing alchohol may only be sold to over 18s.

Special offers: Any offers we make are designed to be used independently and not in conjunction with any other offer.
